Cambridge Associates' Global Client Solutions (GCS) team drives the sales and client relationship management needs of CA's business around the world. The Global Client Solutions Summer Analyst position will join the Boston GCS team for 10 weeks and gain immediate exposure to business development and client relationship management within the investment and financial world.

Position Specifics:
• Location of Position: Boston, MA
• Program Length: 10-week program from June 1 to August 7, 2026 (open to rising seniors: Class of 2027)

• Office Requirement: Summer Analysts are expected to work in their assigned office at least 4 days per week with the option to work from home 1 day per week.
• Expected Hours: Summer Analysts are expected to work 40 hours per week
• Base Pay/Salary: Boston, MA: $25 / hour
• Additionally, offer includes sign-on bonus.
A Typical Day as a Summer Analyst:
• The GCS Summer Analyst program is structured as a rotational program to provide broad exposure to key business functions and ensure mentorship opportunities. The program is split into three phases, reflecting the core responsibilities across the GCS team: lead cultivation, client acquisition, and relationship deepening.
• Phase one involves market mapping, qualifying prospects, preparing outreach campaigns and tracking engagement metrics for pipeline development.
• Phase two involves supporting the development of prospect/client proposals/presentations, observing and participating in introductory prospect/client calls, coordinating logistics for client onboarding, and analyzing feedback from prospect/client interactions to inform acquisition strategies.
• Phase three involves learning the client lifecycle, assisting in relationship-building activities, learning to identify and quantify client risk, and supporting issue resolution.
• Collaborate with senior members of Global Client Solutions, Investment Directors, and subject-matter experts in departments across the firm

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree candidate (all majors) with a record of high academic achievement
• Demonstrated interest in finance, investments, entrepreneurship and/or in sales, business development, or client relations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, strong attention to detail and ability to be proactive, project manage, and prioritize
• Familiarity with computer databases and programs, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship or restriction now or in the future
